Taking Care of your skin, the RIGHT way!

Many of us try to find ways to help clear our skin from blemishes, marks, or old scars that just won’t go away. We often spend LOTS of time and money buying products that never work. Well I’m a firm believer that beauty is really reflected from the inside out. It all has to do with how you take care of yourself, of what you eat, what you drink, and how you treat your skin. I personally care a lot about my skin, and I often read about natural ways to keep it healthy, fresh and looking young. Here are some ways of keeping your skin healthy;

-DON’T overwhelm your face with makeup! Your skin needs to breathe. Stay away from anything too greasy or waxy.

-When buying a moisturizer, look for the ones that contain salicylic acid which helps hydrate and unclog your pores while gently exfoliating your skin.

-ALWAYS remember to drink water! its very important to keep your skin hydrated.

-Also always remember to SLEEP. Try to sleep at least 8 hours every night. This will help you avoid dark circles and a puffy face in the morning.

-Another good thing specially for your face is SMILING! smile, smile, smile :-)! it keeps you happy but it also helps reduce lines around the lips and helps reduce wrinkles around the eyes and mouth.
